I am so excited to be working with my dear friend Chef Rachel for my first cellar dinner. 

Chef Rachel is unique in her approach. I've never encountered someone who devoted so much time and focus to creating an unforgettable evening. Her signature technique is deconstruction—not of her culinary menu, but of the wines she works with, meticulously analyzing each layer of flavor and how they interact individually. Instead of pairing complementary spices or flavor profiles, she chooses contrasting ones that elevate the overall sensory experience. 

It’s hard to fully describe, but this is an experience you won’t want to miss. She will be opening her next restaurant in the coming months, making this opportunity to work with her even more special. Please join me for my first cellar dinner, celebrating Ultima Tulie’s first year in the new space and the gathering of friends and family.
