I acknowledge that I am authorizing my credit card to be charged on a recurring basis for two wine shipments per year. I understand it is my responsibility to login to update my address, phone, email, or credit card as needed before processing. I agree that my card will be charged at the time of order processing, prior to the shipment of the wine.

For Pickup Orders, we will hold orders at the tasting room for pickup for 3 months. After this period we will ship the order to the address on file, and charge you for shipping unless other arrangements have been made before that time. 

A signature by a recipient 21 years of age or older is required upon delivery. We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee delivery on the first attempt, such as a business address. If shipments are undeliverable and are returned to the tasting room you will be charged for re-shipment. We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes and will only ship to states which legally allow wine shipments.
